A few good questions.
Do guests need an account?
No. They open your invitation link, enter a nickname, and play. The host manages the event through a private link.
Is the pass for one game or my whole party?
One pass upgrades one game. A quiz and a bingo game have separate invitations and passes. You can create as many free games as you need, subject to fair-use limits.
Can I print and play offline?
Yes. Download a PDF from your host dashboard, then print it at home. Quiz scores on paper are counted by the host. For bingo, use the host caller or read out the 24 phrases yourself. Online results cover phone players only.
What if I lose my host link?
This browser remembers it under My games. Save a separate copy in your notes before sharing invitations. On a new device you need the complete private link. We cannot automatically recover a free game’s host access.
What if my payment doesn’t activate?
PayPal confirmations can take a few minutes. Reopen your private host link. If it still hasn’t activated after 10 minutes, contact support with the payment receipt. Please don’t pay twice.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us within 7 days for an unused pass, or if a technical problem prevents you from using it and we cannot resolve it. See the refund policy for details.
