Calculator data

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. Hangometry does not require an account or intentionally upload those measurements to an application database.

Custom-plan inquiries

If you contact hello@hangometry.com, the information you choose to send - including measurements, project details, or an optional wall photo - is forwarded to the operator's Gmail inbox and used to evaluate, quote, fulfill, support, and document your request. Do not send confidential or sensitive personal information.

Payments

Approved projects are paid through a PayPal invoice. PayPal independently processes payment-account and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. Hangometry receives the information needed to identify the payment and fulfill the order, but does not receive your full card or bank credentials.

Retention

Unaccepted inquiries are normally deleted within 90 days. Project correspondence and delivery records may be retained for up to 24 months for support and dispute handling. Invoices and transaction records may be kept longer when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Analytics, affiliates, and advertising

No analytics tracker, affiliate tracking link, or advertising network is currently active. Before analytics or advertising is enabled, this policy will identify the provider, purpose, storage, retention, consent choices, and opt-out method. Advertising will not use calculator measurements as targeting data. Future affiliate links will be clearly disclosed near the recommendation.

Technical logs and service providers

The hosting, domain-forwarding, email, and payment providers may process limited request, message, device, or transaction data to deliver their services, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. Their systems may operate outside your country.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contact hello@hangometry.com. Applicable rights depend on your location.
