Game information
We store the party name, questions, answer key, bingo phrases, guest nicknames, submitted answers, scores, and game activity so your group can play across devices. Use first names or nicknames and avoid sensitive personal information. Anyone with the guest link can view the party and its final results. The host can view guest participation; correct quiz answers are released when the host reveals them.
Private links and browser storage
The private host link is the key to managing a game. Keep it secret. Our database stores a one-way hash of its access token. This browser remembers host and guest access tokens so you can return without an account. Unsubmitted quiz choices and bingo marks may be kept in session storage. Clearing browser storage removes these local copies but does not delete the server’s game records.
Payments
PayPal handles checkout under its own terms and privacy policy. We store the order reference, transaction reference, amount, currency, payment status, and merchant address to activate and support your Party Pass. Our application does not store card numbers, bank credentials, or your PayPal password. PayPal notifications may include payer information, but our game database does not retain that information.
Availability and deletion
Games are accessible for 90 days from creation. Expiry blocks further access; it is not a promise that all stored records are immediately erased. The host can delete a game and its guest responses from the dashboard. You may also request deletion by email. Payment notifications, support correspondence, and provider backups may remain for dispute handling, accounting, security, or legal obligations.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics and only on public pages. We exclude host dashboards and guest game pages. We do not send your questions, answers, nicknames, access tokens, or game titles to Google. With your permission, we measure public-page views, question selections, free sample downloads, and completed game creation. Links from our public campaigns may include fixed source labels, such as Pinterest, to help us understand which resources people find useful. Arbitrary query parameters and private link fragments are excluded. You can change your choice through Cookie settings. No advertising network is currently active.
Service providers and security
Hosting, domain, email, and payment providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, and support messages to deliver the service. The application uses short-lived counters derived from hashed network information to limit abuse. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. We may need to verify that you control the game or payment. Guests should ask the host for game corrections. The service is intended for adult hosts; it is not a service directed at children under 13.
